What You'll Do
Design and manage robust data pipelines using dbt and BigQuery, ensuring seamless integration of data from multiple systems including MongoDB, SQL databases, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and third-party APIs. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows that support timely and accurate reporting.
Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio to translate complex datasets into accessible insights for teams across operations, sales, finance, and technology. Take ownership of data integrity by implementing quality checks and improving accessibility enterprise-wide.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify data requirements, and provide reliable, scalable solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams by clearly communicating data concepts and limitations.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data analytics, preferably in fast-moving or startup environments
- Strong command of SQL and Excel, with hands-on experience in cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
- Proven ability to design data models and apply sound database principles
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools
- Proficiency with version control using git
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical and business functions
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MongoDB and document-based data structures
- Practical experience using Python for data transformation or automation tasks
- Exposure to additional programming or scripting languages

Work Mode
This is a remote role requiring alignment with the GMT+8 time zone. The team operates globally, with flexibility built into workflows while maintaining synchronous collaboration during core hours.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 1,500 to 2,300 SGD (approximately 20–30 million IDR), scaled according to experience. No equity or additional benefits are included at this time.
