Remote Recruitment is seeking a proactive Marketing Analyst to support a fast-growing UK-based business. This is an urgent hire for an immediate start, designed to relieve senior leadership of day-to-day content operations. What You'll Do
- Edit and refine written and video content to meet brand and client standards
- Assist with copywriting for digital campaigns, websites, and client materials
- Manage daily content distribution across relevant channels
- Coordinate multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery
- Perform manual content updates and publishing tasks
- Support video editing and formatting for digital use
- Monitor deadlines and proactively flag potential issues
- Suggest workflow improvements and process efficiencies
- Provide administrative and analytical support to senior leadership
- Maintain clear communication across internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Experience with copywriting and editing for digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-driven, independent thinker who requires minimal micromanagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable performing structured, process-driven tasks daily
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop
- Full-time availability aligned to UK working hours
- Minimum 1 year of relevant content experience
- Full-time commitment (not freelance or part-time)
- Ability to start ASAP
- Strong written English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Basic video editing experience (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
