Welltech is looking for a Marketing Analyst (CRM) to play a key role in optimizing our current operations and ensuring data-driven decisions. What You'll Do
- Create and maintain performance and deep-dive reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct additional calculations for A/B tests and provide optimization recommendations.
- Fulfill specific data requests for strategic planning, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor data integrity, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate on data source improvements.
- Investigate performance dips or spikes to identify underlying causes and support strategic decisions.
- Prepare data and present findings to the CRM team to align on goals and strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data Analyst role.
- Strong experience working with raw data, demonstrating excellent SQL knowledge.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience with the process of continuous A/B testing, including detailed performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Python will be a significant plus.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution.
- Experience with User Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with B2C subscription models.
