Join Leadtech as a Senior Mobile Marketing Analyst and take ownership of scaling paid social channels and driving strategic user acquisition decisions. You will analyze marketing data to optimize performance and maximize ROI across key platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex analysis of paid social channels to provide actionable insights on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through ad targeting, creative optimization, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with user acquisition teams on audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
- Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics, and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute tests to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Evaluate the performance of apps, regions, countries, and traffic sources.
- Check and analyze data in advertising platforms and BI systems.
- Support integrations with advertising platforms and analytical tools.
- Explore insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify non-obvious metric correlations.
- Investigate audience behavior and the impact of creatives on acquisition.
- Research traffic types and enhance understanding of advertising channel algorithms.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience in data visualization using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and results.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, plan effectively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
