We are looking for a remote Marketing Analyst to join our international team. You will play a key role in creating reports and dashboards, owning marketing data sources, building attribution models, and analyzing campaign performance to support strategic decisions for a leading ticketing provider in the GCC region.
What You'll Do
- Create, deliver, and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards for the marketing team and clients.
- Own and oversee marketing data sources, investigate issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for claims and escalations.
- Build and maintain attribution models to accurately track and attribute multi-touch ad interactions per user.
- Use automation tools like n8n or Make to speed up reporting.
- Maintain and improve existing reports for optimal performance, usability, and insights.
- Create and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to support strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Looker or similar BI tools (Metabase/Looker Studio) for building reports and dashboards.
- Strong data ownership mindset with hands-on experience troubleshooting data sources, quality issues, and ETL processes.
- Expertise in attribution modeling for multi-touch ad interactions.
- Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier, or demonstrated ability to learn workflow automation quickly.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, campaign analytics, and SQL/BigQuery for querying and optimizing data.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in behavioral and product analytics, detecting patterns and finding opportunities within user behavior.
- Confidence in writing complex SQL queries using window functions and query optimization.
- Knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and basic mathematical analysis.
- Experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Confident with BI tools for creating dashboards and visualizations.
- Uses Python and relevant libraries for data exploration and analysis.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, and event tracking setups.
- Intermediate or higher level of Russian and English proficiency.
- Proactive attitude, genuine curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics 4, Firebase, or Python/pandas.
- Experience in events/ticketing, advanced A/B testing (e.g., CUPED), or advanced statistics.
- Experience with Google BigQuery.
- Familiarity with automation tools and LLMs.
