About the Role
The individual in this position will be responsible for managing marketing automation platforms, analyzing campaign data, and supporting the development of targeted messaging strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain marketing automation tools and workflows
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and reporting tools
- Support segmentation strategies to improve audience targeting
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align messaging
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery and tracking
- Develop dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Assist in lead scoring and nurturing program design
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
- Optimize automation sequences based on performance insights
- Integrate marketing platforms with CRM systems
- Document processes and provide training materials
- Monitor system uptime and escalate technical concerns
- Support A/B testing initiatives for subject lines and content
- Track user behavior across digital touchpoints
- Coordinate with external vendors and platform partners
- Implement tagging and tracking for digital campaigns
- Manage user access and permissions within automation tools
- Support onboarding of new clients or internal teams
- Stay current with marketing technology trends and updates
