Pavago is hiring a Marketing Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own client communication
  • Coordinate marketing execution
  • Manage campaigns and reporting
  • Keep projects organized and moving
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience
  • Work closely with leadership while managing: Email marketing campaigns, Website updates, SEO coordination, Reporting and analytics, Client workflows and communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in: Marketing account management, Client-facing marketing roles, Agency account management
  • Strong experience with: Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs / Semrush, Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot or Klaviyo experience
  • Canva or Adobe Express skills
  • Familiarity with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid media reporting
  • Experience working with executive-level clients
  • Agency or fast-paced marketing environment experience
