The Market Manager Greece will lead the expansion of Lighthouse's presence in Greece following the acquisition of The Hotels Network. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying hotel partners to closing deals, while using AI-driven insights to boost direct bookings and revenue for hotels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish and expand presence in the Greek market
- Source new opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demonstration to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Accurately track all activities and forecasts in Salesforce
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback from the Greek market to product development teams
- Represent Lighthouse and The Hotels Network at industry events, conferences, and roadshows
- Build brand awareness and generate leads through event participation
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and ensure client success
- Leverage AI driven insights and automation across CRM, conversation intelligence and commercial data
- Improve forecast accuracy, elevate pipeline quality, ensure smarter account execution
- Continuously optimise sales processes in partnership with Sales Operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a full-cycle sales or new business development role
- Strong knowledge of the travel, hospitality, or SaaS industry
- Natural communicator and presenter, comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
- Fully fluent in English
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Resilient, performs well under pressure, and driven to achieve targets
- Interest in leveraging AI and data to enhance sales performance and strategy
- Willing and able to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events

- Experience presenting to C-level executives of hotel chains or at industry conferences
- Existing professional network within the Greek hospitality sector
