Responsibilities

  • Supports business unit goals by gathering, managing, and delivering market and internal business data to enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Leads or contributes to targeted market research initiatives that align with departmental and business objectives.
  • Transforms intricate datasets into clear, visually engaging summaries for effective communication.
  • Implements and maintains marketing intelligence processes, systems, and reporting tools to track customer, competitor, and industry trends.
  • Contributes to the success of the USTMA program by ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and process optimization.
  • Analyzes data from sources like USTMA and RL Polk to generate insights, draw conclusions, and support sales and marketing planning.
  • Coordinates local execution of business unit planning cycles, including strategy and budget development, across designated regions.
  • Conducts research on business dynamics including new products, customer behavior, competitors, and promotional activities.
  • Tracks and reports on the performance and positioning of CTA programs with relevant updates.
  • Designs and deploys efficient systems for collecting market intelligence, including inputs from sales teams.
  • Manages the briefing, planning, and implementation of various survey types, both ad-hoc and recurring.
