Requirements
- Minimum of five years in roles related to healthcare partnerships, business development, outreach, growth, field sales, or network expansion
- Demonstrated success in performance-oriented settings with accountability for referral growth, pipeline metrics, or enrollment results
- Proven track record in building and managing high-performing referral networks, community collaborations, or regional growth initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
- Data-focused mindset with experience leveraging metrics, dashboards, and pipeline analysis to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities to convert market insights into effective growth plans
- In-depth knowledge of the Southern California healthcare environment, including referral systems, community groups, providers, and health plan operations
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on field execution
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-moving, dynamic settings
- Experience collaborating across teams to enhance conversion, enrollment, or operational efficiency
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ECM, CalAIM, Medicaid, or community-integrated care models
