Responsibilities
- Provide international deployment support for customer-operated autonomous underwater vehicles.
- Serve as a technical specialist for on-site and remote diagnostics, mission preparation, repairs, operations, upkeep, and data gathering, coordinating with engineering and operations teams as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of autonomous underwater vehicle systems and operational procedures, and train others on these subjects.
- Direct field-level troubleshooting, servicing, operation, and maintenance activities for underwater systems.
- Act as a communication bridge among customers, engineering, and operations teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in developing training programs for new customer deployments and advanced follow-up sessions.
- Collect user insights and incorporate them into instructional content and training resources.

- Eligibility for U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Coast Guard Medical Certificate is mandatory.
- Compliance with health and medical standards under DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, or applicable regional regulations is required.
- Must be willing to undertake international travel for rotations lasting 30 to 45 days or longer.
- Capable of working extended shifts when operational demands require.
- Must be able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Submission of a cover letter is strongly encouraged.
