Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in: Marine survey, geospatial, or technical equipment environment OR Equipment logistics, operations coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple equipment assets and projects simultaneously
- Experience with inventory tracking, logistics, or asset management systems
- Working knowledge of project tracking, invoicing, or financial systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, project managers, and leadership
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with marine survey equipment (multibeam, side scan, GNSS, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as: QINSy, CARIS, SonarWiz, or similar (awareness level is fine)
- Experience with project accounting, budgeting, or ERP systems
- Background supporting operations across multiple concurrent projects
