Work closely with manufacturing leaders to translate operational data into actionable financial guidance. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis tailored to production needs, ensuring financial goals align with operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant managers and operations teams to monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models that reflect manufacturing cycles, capacity utilization, and supply chain variables
- Lead monthly financial reviews with production teams to assess variances and adjust forecasts
- Support capital planning by evaluating return on investment for equipment, process improvements, and capacity expansions
- Provide decision support for make-vs-buy analyses, product costing, and inventory valuation
Qualifications
Applicants should have a background in finance or accounting with direct experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERP systems are essential. The ideal candidate communicates clearly across technical and non-financial teams and uses data to guide strategic choices.
Proficiency in financial planning tools and advanced Excel is expected. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an advanced certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
