Responsibilities
- Produce custom biological products with high quality in a high-throughput manufacturing environment following approved standard operating procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including liquid handling automation systems, thermocyclers, centrifuges, spectrometers, bioanalyzers, and next-generation sequencing platforms.
- Apply molecular and cellular biology techniques such as PCR, DNA quantification, purification, and cloning in routine manufacturing processes.
- Keep precise, comprehensive, and well-documented records of all procedures using designated templates and digital systems.
- Contribute to the development and revision of work instructions and procedural documentation.
- Perform assigned tasks independently while adhering to all safety protocols and laboratory guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent performance with minimal oversight.
- Support team leads in identifying and resolving technical issues and process deviations.
- Prepare and organize finished products for shipment according to logistical requirements.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO standards, and engage in lean manufacturing principles.
- Complete daily production tasks on schedule and communicate progress and issues to supervisory staff.
