Huzzle's Client is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a client in the IT industry. This is a full-time, independent contractor position focused on outbound prospecting to identify potential clients for SaaS and demand generation companies. You will work fully remotely.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting in Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Research target accounts in the demand generation and SaaS industry to uncover new opportunities.
- Engage with marketing and sales decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Excellent communication, persistence, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
