About the Role

Huzzle's Client is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the IT industry. You will conduct outbound prospecting in both Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify clients within the SaaS and demand generation sectors. This is a full-time independent contractor position, working fully remote with international teams.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting in Mandarin Chinese and English to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Research target accounts in the demand generation and SaaS industry to uncover new opportunities.
  • Engage with marketing and sales decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track pipeline activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent communication, persistence, and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, Demand Generation, or Marketing Technology.
