About the Role

The Managing Director, Northern Midwest is responsible for advancing business development and managing key relationships across the region, partnering with financial institutions to grow the network and extend its reach. This role contributes to strategic efforts that support local lending, efficient deposit allocation, and improved financial services for communities. The position plays a meaningful role in enhancing the stability and effectiveness of the broader financial system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions in the Northern Midwest
  • Collaborate with banks to grow the network and increase the organization's influence
  • Advance strategic programs that improve local lending practices and deposit distribution
  • Assist financial institutions in managing liquidity while supporting their community service goals
  • Contribute to strengthening the overall financial system through relationship-driven initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in the banking or financial services sector
  • History of achieving growth targets and managing high-value client relationships
  • Experience engaging with community banks or similar financial organizations
  • Capability to lead strategic projects and deliver on expansion goals
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an adaptive and forward-thinking environment

Preferred

  • Familiarity with deposit placement services or reciprocal deposit arrangements
  • Established network of contacts within the Northern Midwest banking industry
  • Background in financial technology or innovation in financial services

Compensation
