Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and grow accounts within your territory
- Apply in-depth market and customer insights to position services effectively and differentiate from competitors
- Deliver clear, results-driven reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and industry trends
- Develop and submit an annual business plan aligned with broader national and global sales objectives

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent experience. A minimum of five years in sales—preferably ten years in the logistics or transportation sector—is required. You must be skilled in identifying client needs, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing deals with confidence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and the ability to quickly learn proprietary technology platforms is essential. Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a self-driven approach to accountability and performance are critical to success.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary range of $114,100 – $163,050 USD per year, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
