Lead and shape a high-performing analytics team that turns complex data into strategic assets. You'll guide the development of robust data solutions, ensuring business stakeholders have timely, accurate insights to inform decisions across Product, Engineering, and Business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor analysts, setting performance goals, overseeing daily operations, and fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytics priorities and align data strategy with business objectives
- Design and maintain scalable datasets and data models that support reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics
- Use SQL and BI platforms to extract, analyze, and interpret data for both recurring and ad-hoc business needs
- Ensure data accuracy by refining ETL/ELT processes and optimizing database performance
- Evaluate and improve analytics workflows, documentation, and tooling to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Work extensively with AWS services including Redshift, S3, Glue, and QuickSight to build and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
- Minimum of 2 years leading technical analytics teams
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with hands-on experience across multiple database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with BI tools including QuickSight, Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI
- Proven track record in data warehousing, query optimization, and managing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
