At NTT DATA, we are an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization looking for a Managing Director, Enterprise Solution Architect Management. This role is a Strategic Pursuit Leader responsible for driving strategic relationships and new business development within the private equity space, focusing on large deals valued at $50M+. You will be the single-threaded leader managing the end-to-end strategic pursuit cycle.
What You'll Do
- Own the creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborating with team members and across the company.
- Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and understand customer needs and challenges.
- Manage customer relationship from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high value proposals.
- Create win strategies that address the business goals and technology needs of a customer.
- Lead the solution design, construction and orchestration across NTT, partners and client organizations.
- Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organizations with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain to create innovative and competitive solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 15 years of large deal ($50M+) experience in enterprise sales, complex deal pursuits, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Minimum of 10 years experience leading sales/new business deal pursuits and closing complex deal cycles focused on driving value-add offerings delivering business outcomes.
- Minimum of 8 years experience managing and closing deals that include working with business stakeholders and other partners in a collaborative environment structuring deals involving various domains.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e., 4 additional years of work experience).
Nice to Have
- Proven record of accomplishment of managing and closing complex deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with multiple stakeholders and teams.
