EX Squared seeks a Managing Counsel, Privacy/AI to provide senior legal leadership responsible for shaping and managing the privacy and AI legal functions across the organization. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment that emphasizes innovation and diversity.
What You'll Do
- Shape and manage the privacy and AI legal functions across the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance on emerging privacy and AI regulations, ensuring compliance across products and services while mitigating legal risk.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and government affairs to tackle complex issues at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.
- Lead and mentor a team of privacy legal experts, building a governance program that supports organizational growth and protects consumer trust.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a senior legal leadership role focused on privacy and AI.
- Deep expertise in emerging privacy and AI regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to partner with and advise cross-functional teams on complex legal and business issues.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing a team.
