About the Role
Lead technical design and implementation of Endur solutions for energy trading and risk management clients. Guide development teams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Direct the technical architecture and configuration of Endur platforms during client implementations
- Translate client business processes into scalable technical solutions on the Endur system
- Manage technical teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Develop detailed functional and technical design documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine project requirements
- Oversee integration between Endur and external systems such as trading desks and back offices
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior consultants in best practices for Endur configuration and deployment
- Participate in client workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Lead testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration partners
- Deliver system demonstrations and proof-of-concept prototypes
- Maintain awareness of new Endur product releases and features
- Support data migration and validation activities
- Design and implement workflow automation within Endur modules
- Assess technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Provide post-go-live support and system optimization
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams
