About the Role
This role involves leading functional delivery on Endur implementations, working with clients to understand requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional aspects of Endur implementation projects from initiation to go-live
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure Endur modules according to client specifications and industry best practices
- Develop functional design documents and system configuration guides
- Support integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Provide subject matter expertise on Endur's trading, risk, and settlement capabilities
- Translate business needs into technical solutions within the Endur environment
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate system build
- Assist in data conversion and mapping activities
- Deliver system training to client personnel
- Produce test scripts and validate system functionality
- Troubleshoot issues during testing and production support phases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards
- Mentor junior team members on functional configurations
- Participate in project planning and status meetings
- Manage change requests and project scope adjustments
- Document system workflows and business processes
- Support post-implementation stabilization and enhancements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Endur platform updates
- Serve as a client-facing consultant during project delivery
