HighLevel is seeking a Manager, Trial Experience to own and optimize the end-to-end journey of our product trial. You will be responsible for developing a strategy that effectively showcases our platform's value, reduces friction, and drives conversion.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, design, and execution of the trial user experience.
- Analyze trial performance data to identify key drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and manage experiments (A/B tests) to optimize trial flows and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align the trial journey with business goals.
- Develop clear metrics and reporting to track the health and success of the trial experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product-led growth, user onboarding, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital user journeys, specifically for SaaS product trials.
- Expertise in analyzing data using analytics platforms and using insights to inform strategy.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading initiatives from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
