Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Manager, S&OP Dashboard. In this role, you will partner with Global Operations and Commercial finance teams to lead continuous improvement efforts for S&OP dashboarding processes, including demand planning and forecasting. You will serve as the SAC planning and Analytics subject matter expert for the organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Global Operations and Commercial finance teams to facilitate continuous improvement for S&OP dashboarding, demand planning, forecasting, and long-range plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, validate technical designs, support development, user acceptance testing, and cutover for an enterprise planning solution.
- Own root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot load rules, Business Rules, and Data Actions.
- Continuously improve the environment by contributing to training documentation and providing end-user support.
- Develop, maintain, and improve documentation of key business processes in compliance with internal control policies.
- Promote and develop automation within current and future application flows.
- Facilitate the integration of SAP BPC planning, SAC Planning, and JDA, including sourcing actuals, reconciliation, and data analytics with visualization tools.
- Validate quarterly SAP technical patches, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Act as the SAC planning and Analytics subject matter expert for the entire organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong expertise in operations finance within a large pharmaceutical company.
- Experience architecting, building, and supporting financial planning applications.
- Experience with the administration and/or implementation of SAP BPC.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes.
- Financial acumen with strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, and the accounting close process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to understand the needs of various business teams to appropriately plan for growth and change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions.
