WSP USA Inc. is looking for a Carbon Analyst to join our team. You will support greenhouse gas accounting, decarbonization planning, and climate risk assessment for a diverse client base including corporates, cities, and sectors. This role is an opportunity to apply your technical skills toward meaningful and sustainable work.
What You'll Do
- Support senior team members in preparing GHG inventories for corporates, cities, and sectors, following IPCC Guidelines and the GHG Protocol.
- Develop and implement GHG calculation tools for establishing baseline emissions and forecasting future scenarios.
- Use LCA tools to evaluate embodied carbon in infrastructure and master planning projects.
- Support senior leads in designing and executing decarbonization roadmaps with clear targets and timelines aligned with SBTi and national climate goals.
- Apply PCAF guidelines to assess financed, facilitated, or insurance-associated emissions.
