Arco Educação is hiring a Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, projections, and automation, working closely with FP&A, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations teams to align financial results with our business strategy. What You'll Do
- Conduct accounts receivable balance analyses considering pre-established payment terms, as well as financial performance by operation model and business unit.
- Develop and monitor financial projections for cash, accounts receivable, PMR, and PCLD, as well as scenarios and simulations for forecast, budget, and rolling forecast.
- Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations areas, ensuring alignment between financial results and business strategy.
- Automate analyses and reports, promoting scalability, data reliability, and reduction of rework.
- Prepare executive materials for leadership forums, with clear, objective, and decision-oriented communication.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in financial analysis, projections, and financial modeling.
- Advanced skill in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Ability to structure complex analyses and transform data into practical recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in technology, education companies, or environments with high operational complexity.
- Experience with B2C and/or B2B models, payment methods, and financial impact of commercial conditions.
- Experience in financial transformation, automation, or data culture projects.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, SAP, ERPs, or structured data environments.
