Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Manager, S&OP Dashboard, Finance Planning Systems. In this role, you will partner with Global Operations and Commercial finance planning teams to drive continuous improvement in demand planning, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAC planning and Analytics across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Global Operations and Commercial finance planning teams to facilitate continuous improvement for the S&OP dashboard, including demand planning, forecasting, and long-range plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, validate technical designs, and support development, user acceptance testing, and cutover of enterprise planning solutions.
- Take responsibility for root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot load rules, Business Rules, and Data Actions within planning systems.
- Continuously improve the user environment by contributing to training documentation and providing end-user support.
- Develop, maintain, and improve documentation for key business processes and procedures in compliance with internal control policies.
- Promote and develop automation within current and future application workflows.
- Facilitate the integration of SAP BPC planning, SAC Planning, and JDA, including sourcing actuals, reconciliation, and data analytics with visualization tools.
- Validate quarterly SAP technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for SAC planning and Analytics for the entire organization.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
- Strong expertise in operations finance for a large pharmaceutical company is required.
- Must be located in the Lake County, Illinois area with the ability to work in the office 3-5 days per week depending on deadlines.
- Experience in architecting, building, and supporting financial planning applications.
- Experience with administration and/or implementation of SAP BPC is required.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to continuously improve processes.
- Understanding of finance with strong knowledge in planning, forecasting, and the accounting close process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand the needs of various business teams to appropriately plan for growth and change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and be goal-oriented, as well as part of a team.
