ResMed is hiring a Manager, Solutions Marketing to help shape the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. In this role, you will execute go-to-market and lifecycle campaign strategies for our mask portfolio, drive content messaging, and deliver sales enablement programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive, evidence-based NPI marketing strategies for the mask ecosystem.
- Translate complex clinical data into compelling messaging frameworks for healthcare provider audiences.
- Acquire deep knowledge of customer challenges and communicate the value proposition clearly.
- Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets.
- Lead the creation of effective NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams.
- Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness.
- Establish key performance indicators for the mask portfolio and measure performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create content and campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget for the mask portfolio and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry.
