NextRoll is hiring a Manager, Solution Consulting to lead our Solutions Consultants team. You will manage a globally distributed team of six consultants, serving as a key bridge between sales, product, and customer success to accelerate revenue across our AdRoll DSP and AdRoll ABM platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Solutions Consultants (3 DSP, 3 ABM) across geographically distributed locations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize key business metrics, including revenue growth, time-to-value for implementations, and cross-platform expertise adoption.
- Develop and execute a team strategy that balances DSP and ABM platform expertise while building cross-functional capabilities.
- Foster cross-functional alignment between the Solutions Consulting team, field sales organization, and product teams to ensure client success and market feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
- Establish performance standards, conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching and feedback, and create clear career development pathways for direct reports.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on quarterly business reviews, strategic planning, and organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years relevant work experience with at least 2 years managing a team in a revenue-generating or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams through performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, preferably with experience in advertising technology, DSP, ABM, or similar B2B solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving key business metrics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
Team & Environment
You will lead a 6-person team (3 DSP, 3 ABM) of globally distributed Solutions Consultants and report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Acceleration.

- Compensation range: $124,950 to $184,800 + equity.
