Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Solution Consultants who deliver powerful, tailored demonstrations of Workday’s business applications across Denmark and Finland. In this leadership role, you’ll guide your team through the full sales lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of Solution Consultants, focusing on performance, development, and successful onboarding
- Collaborate closely with Sales to assess opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
- Recruit and retain skilled consultants who thrive in fast-moving, innovative environments
- Create individual growth plans that support long-term capability building and career progression
- Coach team members to enhance their technical and consultative skills
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless alignment on customer engagements
- Monitor team capacity and balance workloads in line with regional sales demands
- Stay current on Workday’s evolving technology and industry trends to guide strategic input
- Foster strong collaboration between Presales, Sales, and broader EMEA teams
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing teams in Solution Consulting or sales-facing technical roles
- Background in enterprise software, particularly in ERP, Financials, or HCM solutions
- At least five years in Solution Consulting, sales management, or related fields
- Track record of building motivated, high-performing teams in complex sales environments
- A results-driven mindset with strong leadership presence and accountability

Work Environment
