Jobber is hiring a Manager, Software Engineering to lead the Fintech department's Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams. Your focus will be on building systems that help Service Providers get paid quickly, efficiently, and reliably, empowering small businesses to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Manage and provide technical leadership for the Invoicing and Jobber Payments Engineering teams.
- Work with team members to support and develop their skills and careers through goal setting, regular one-on-one meetings, and constructive feedback.
- Act as a mentor and coach to understand employees' career direction and empower their journey.
- Participate in recruiting events and the hiring process to build a world-class Fintech department.
- Collaborate with other leaders to create and maintain an environment where people can rapidly produce top-quality work.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, including Product Management, Design, Fintech, and the Engineering Leadership team.
- Remove roadblocks and build effective guardrails for your teams.
