PointClickCare is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team focused on our A&P (Assessments & Plans) product suite. This role is central to delivering high-quality, impactful software for the healthcare industry.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of software for the A&P product domain
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence
- Drive the full software development lifecycle from design and planning through to deployment and operation
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to define roadmaps and priorities
- Ensure team output meets high standards for quality, scalability, security, and performance

- Strong technical background with ability to guide architectural decisions
