Aledade is looking for a Manager, Network Contracting to drive the development and execution of provider contracts within our value-based care networks. You will be instrumental in supporting independent primary care practices by building sustainable financial models and partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end provider contract negotiations for value-based care arrangements.
- Develop and manage relationships with primary care practices and health system partners.
- Analyze financial and performance data to structure contract terms and model risk.
- Ensure all contracts align with regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and network development teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of direct experience negotiating and managing value-based care contracts.
- Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement models.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements and build complex contract models.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience contracting with Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) or similar entities.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Background working with or within independent primary care practices.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States, with a preference for those located in or near Austin, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, or Atlanta, GA.
