Smart Working Solutions is hiring a Global Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our growing technical teams in India. You will be responsible for building a robust candidate pipeline and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technology hubs.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across India
- Proactively source and engage top-tier technical talent across the country
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine hiring strategies
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong focus on hiring for software engineering and related technical domains
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for roles located in India, with specific knowledge of the talent markets in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle for technical positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote, global environment
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in India. The role supports hiring across our key locations of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune.
