RQM+ is looking for a Technology & Analytics Lead to own the strategy and execution of our data platform and analytical initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable intelligence that informs key business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the technology roadmap for analytics and data infrastructure.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify analytics needs and deliver insights.
- Establish data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Proven expertise designing and implementing cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and programming languages like Python.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
