Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of social media initiatives that align with broader paid, owned, and earned media strategies
- Train clients and team members on evolving digital platforms, industry trends, and effective practices
- Execute high-impact digital engagement campaigns for premier clients
- Act as the primary strategist for social platforms across multiple client accounts and internal teams
- Manage end-to-end operations of clients' social media presence, including content planning, creation, paid promotion, monitoring, listening, performance analysis, and strategic refinement
- Guide the production of compelling digital and social content tailored to key audiences, ensuring optimal use of social channels
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during digital campaign management, delivering strong project oversight and strategic guidance; communicate effectively in writing, virtually via Microsoft Teams, or in person
- Work closely with senior internal teams to shape strategy and ensure timely delivery of client objectives
- Assist in winning new business by contributing to pitch materials and client presentations
