Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of multiple client programs, including budgets and strategic plans.
- Apply deep knowledge of major social platforms—such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit—to optimize audience engagement and content reach.
- Experiment with emerging platform features to develop innovative, compliant content formats that stand out in crowded feeds.
- Coordinate collaboration across strategy, creative, media, and influencer teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Convert high-level strategies into actionable tactical plans and ensure team outputs align with client objectives.
- Develop integrated media strategies designed to increase awareness among target audiences.
- Propose enhancements and creative solutions by drawing on industry insights and continuous learning to exceed client expectations.
- Showcase a strong personal and professional interest in influencer marketing, with experience spanning healthcare and consumer sectors.
- Design long-term influencer strategies as well as agile plans for time-sensitive product launches.
- Conduct influencer research, vetting, contracting, and end-to-end relationship management, including complex negotiations and usage rights.
- Develop clear influencer briefs that simplify compliance requirements into creative guidance.
- Supervise influencer content development, track performance against KPIs, and produce detailed performance summaries.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and third-party representation agencies.
- Demonstrate proficiency with influencer marketing platforms, audience behaviors, and trend forecasting.
- Monitor real-time shifts in public sentiment using social listening tools to identify and address potential brand risks early.
- Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
- Offer foundational strategic advice to clients on campaign performance and opportunities.
- Act as a key contributor during client meetings and formal presentations.
- Review and edit client-facing materials for accuracy and quality as needed.
- Oversee resource allocation and deliverables for major campaigns and product rollouts.
- Provide guidance and professional development support to junior team members.
