Patch My PC is seeking a Manager, SMB Account Management to oversee and nurture our portfolio of small-to-medium business client relationships. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer success, driving retention, and fostering growth for our patch management solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the SMB account strategy to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure successful product adoption.
- Drive renewal and expansion opportunities within the SMB client portfolio.
- Analyze account health and proactively address potential risks or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, driving high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account health and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
