JumpCloud is hiring a Manager, Sales Development (XDR) to lead and scale our sales development function in India. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation and mentoring a team of XDRs.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (XDRs)
- Drive strategy and execution for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Establish team metrics, monitor performance, and implement best practices
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on goals
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new XDR team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a sales development or inside sales team
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
- Ability to analyze data, forecast performance, and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
