JumpCloud is hiring a Manager, Sales Development (XDR) to lead and scale our sales development function in India. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation and mentoring a team of XDRs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (XDRs)
  • Drive strategy and execution for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Establish team metrics, monitor performance, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on goals
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new XDR team members

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing a sales development or inside sales team
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast performance, and optimize processes
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.
