Responsibilities
- Guide, support, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives by setting measurable objectives, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous skill advancement.
- Develop deep expertise in the product’s ability to address customer challenges and equip the team to communicate its benefits clearly and confidently.
- Design, optimize, and implement a prospecting strategy that spans both inbound and outbound channels.
- Enhance team effectiveness through consistent coaching, call evaluations, pipeline assessments, and structured weekly and monthly reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to align on target customer profiles, improve lead standards, execute campaigns, and boost pipeline velocity.
- Manage key performance indicators for the SDR team, monitor output, project pipeline contributions, and analyze data to uncover conversion optimization opportunities.
- Recruit, integrate, and accelerate high-potential SDRs, supporting their progression toward roles as Account Executives or leadership positions.
- Cultivate a team environment that values inclusion, teamwork, energy, curiosity, responsibility, and understanding of customer needs.
- Advocate for the SDR function in cross-departmental planning and contribute to the evolution of go-to-market strategies during periods of growth.
