Responsibilities
- Guide Sales Development Representatives in achieving outbound pipeline targets
- Foster professional growth by enhancing team members' sales abilities and expanding their skill sets
- Implement process and content enhancements to boost SDR performance
- Work with regional Sales Directors, Sales Development Managers, and the Director of Sales Development to strengthen pipeline volume and quality
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to share insights on MQL quality and suggest new campaign strategies
- Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Recruit and integrate new Sales Development Representatives into the team
