Super.com is hiring a Manager, Risk Operations (Financial Products) to lead risk management for our financial products. This full-time management role is a key position within our Finance department, focused on building and maintaining robust operational risk frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement risk operations strategies for financial products.
- Lead the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of operational risk metrics.
- Design and oversee controls to mitigate financial and operational risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into product lifecycles.
- Manage the investigation and resolution of risk-related incidents.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a risk operations, financial risk, or similar role within financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory environments for financial products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, analyze complex data, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
