Super.com is hiring a Manager, Risk Operations (Earnings & Rebates) to lead risk management initiatives for our earnings and rebates programs. You will be responsible for safeguarding our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our user-facing financial products.
What You'll Do
- Lead the identification, analysis, and mitigation of financial risk across earnings and rebates activities
- Develop and implement operational controls and monitoring strategies to prevent fraud and abuse
- Analyze data trends to build predictive models that proactively flag emerging risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Finance to design risk-resilient systems
- Manage and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in risk operations, fraud prevention, or financial compliance
- Proven track record of managing risk specifically within earnings, rebates, or similar consumer financial products
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and build scalable processes
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and lead projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
