About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare providers to support scalable delivery of psychiatric care. The manager will identify growth opportunities, manage contract execution, and ensure alignment between provider networks and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new provider partnership opportunities
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on contract terms
- Monitor performance metrics of existing provider relationships
- Serve as primary contact for provider communications
- Develop onboarding processes for new partners
- Track partnership KPIs and report outcomes to leadership
- Align provider capabilities with patient access goals
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving clinical and operations teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting partnerships
- Support scaling of network through data-driven decisions
- Resolve operational issues impacting provider collaboration
- Ensure partner adherence to service level expectations
- Contribute to strategy for geographic network expansion
- Evaluate provider performance and recommend improvements
- Facilitate training and resource sharing with partner teams
- Assist in developing partner-facing documentation
- Gather feedback from providers to inform product and process enhancements
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Work with finance on billing and reimbursement alignment
- Promote consistency in care delivery across partner networks
- Support audit and compliance readiness for partner programs
- Drive adoption of technology platforms among provider partners
- Coordinate joint initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Ensure timely resolution of partner escalation issues
