This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate integration activities with technical teams
- Support change management and user adoption efforts
- Conduct project status meetings and reporting
- Maintain documentation for project deliverables
- Work closely with sales during pre-implementation phases
- Provide guidance on solution configuration and workflows
- Ensure alignment between client needs and delivered solutions
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Train client teams on system usage and processes
- Assist in resolving escalated implementation challenges
- Track project metrics and performance indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
