About the Role

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Manager, Pricing & Analytics to shape pricing strategy and drive analytical insights for our US & Canada markets. You will be responsible for setting prices, conducting margin reviews, and developing the reports and tools that guide our pricing decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the seasonal pricing set-up with partners to ensure accurate input.
  • Lead revenue and margin review alongside the merchants, finance and planning teams.
  • Build and provide accurate and insightful reports promptly and on an ad hoc basis to guide pricing optimization.
  • Ensure support, implementation of systems and maintenance, and revaluate current tools and ways of working to standardize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, monitor competition trends, and propose improvements and opportunities to the markets and Brand teams.
  • Establish close working relationships with local and global Merchandising teams to agree on assortment planning, pricing architecture, tools, and deadline management.
  • Help the merchant team to get a mix of product categories and price points, supporting the brand vision and ensuring financial growth.
  • Build a strategic pricing architecture with consumers at the core while protecting company KPIs for US & Canada for all categories.
  • Conduct scenario modeling on potential price moves, provide guidance and consultation regarding optimal price.
  • Monitor currency for Canada pricing.
  • Produce quarterly reporting of Prebook and DTC performance by MSRP.
  • Report on Seasonal investment per MSRP and PC9 and Seasonal ASP evolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience in pricing, analytics, or a related field within the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience generating detailed reports and applicable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel (can perform complex functions) or other BI tools).
  • Experience working with teams, including merchandising, finance, and planning.
