ICF is looking for a Financial and Data Reporting Lead to manage financial and data analysts supporting grant-funded disaster recovery programs in Florida. You will ensure accurate, transparent reporting and robust financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial and data analysts reviewing reimbursement documentation for compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper asset tracking.
- Support internal financial operations, including billing and audit readiness.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking expenditures and budget balances.
- Develop and maintain systems for intaking, processing, and tracking program applications.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases for internal tracking and reporting.
- Prepare internal and client-facing presentations.
- Generate performance reports.
- Oversee the development and refinement of financial procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with program managers, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reporting alignment.
- Create internal financial operations, including accounting practices, billing and collections, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, and back-office systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial reporting to the System of Record Manager and to clients.
- Maintain systems and controls necessary to provide accurate accounts of expenditures and budget balances for agency programs.
- Develop or update procedures for the proper administration of grant funds.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, accounting, finance, business administration or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and/or database management.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- 3+ years experience working with large datasets or database systems.
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Excel (including the use of pivot tables and advanced formulas).
Nice to Have
- 3+ years experience with grant compliance.
- Familiarity with data management systems and tools such as Salesforce, QuickBase, or Appian.
- Experience working in disaster recovery, housing, or infrastructure programs.
- Experience with state or HUD-funded grant programs.
- Financial management, report development, and the use of data visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, etc.
