- Analyze data to uncover trends and inform business decisions
- Manage key performance indicators and reporting frameworks
- Support the scaling of onboarding and ongoing partner management workflows
- Partner with leadership to define long-term operational goals
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership review
- Coordinate initiatives across sales, customer success, and product teams
- Evaluate partner lifecycle stages and optimize touchpoints
- Lead special projects tied to operational excellence
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across teams
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement scalable systems to support growing partner demands
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend corrective actions
- Guide resource allocation based on strategic priorities
- Support change management during process transitions
- Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices
