Aledade is looking for a Manager, Operations & Customer Success to join our Provider Networks & ACO Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality customer success outcomes, directly supporting our network of providers.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee key operational processes within the Provider Networks & ACO Support function.
- Lead customer success initiatives to ensure provider satisfaction and value realization.
- Analyze operational performance data and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an operations management role with customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive operational decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote environment.
- Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or a related field is preferred.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in or willing to work from one of the following locations: Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; or Louisville, KY.
